DRIVING SOLUTIONS BATHURST TRACK DAY 2O24

 
Please ensure you have read and understood these terms and conditions as there will be no exceptions or leniency.

1. The “Driving Solutions Bathurst Track Day 2O24” is a private invite only event. Bookings will only be accepted from invitation (unless otherwise approved by Driving Solutions).

2. Eligible drivers will be sent a payment request email which will provide details on how to pay and secure your spot on the grid.

3. All drivers are required to have a Motorsport Australia licence (Speed licence at a minimum) which will need to be presented on arrival. Please refer to Motorsport Australia at www.motorsport.org.au/licence to arrange a licence.

4. Tickets are not transferable and are valid for the driver only, strictly no second drivers or passengers. A limited number of spectators and support crew may be permitted with prior approval in writing from Driving Solutions. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to attend.

5. Only road registered vehicles are permitted. No race cars or un-registered vehicles. No slick tyres. All vehicles will be scrutineered by Motorsport Australia prior to the start of track activity. Time and location to be confirmed.

6. All drivers must wear non-flammable clothing that covers them from ankle to wrist to neck, flat soled closed shoes with leather uppers and elasticated ankles and a helmet. Please note that helmets will be checked for compliance. Driving Solutions will NOT have any available for hire. It is the responsibility of the driver to have a compliant helmet.

7. All drivers will be required to complete an online pre-registration and sign a Driving Solutions insurance waiver before participating.

8. Driving Solutions instructors are not mandatory, but will be available to you throughout the day for in-car coaching. To arrange a private Driving Solutions instructor for all of your sessions, please contact Driving Solutions. Strictly no independent instructors permitted under any circumstances.

9. The track day will go ahead whatever the weather.

10. Drivers are responsible for getting their vehicles to and from the venue. Drivers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

11. Driving Solutions will arrange for fuel to be onsite, however each Driver will need to pay for their usage on the day.

12. No photographers or videographers are permitted. Driving Solutions will have an accredited photographer in attendance.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 3O days prior will receive full refund
• Cancellations after 3O days will receive full refund providing the spot can be filled by someone on the waiting list
• Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit full fees
