Advanced Driving Course

This one-day course is for people who hold full licences and have completed the Defensive Driving course or equivalent and want to further develop their driving knowledge and skills. Emphasis is placed on managing loss of control situations through repeptitive practice, reinforced by some theoretical training.

The comprehensive instruction will concentrate on three different loss of control situations:

• Under Steer (front wheel skid)
• Over Steer (rear wheel skid)
• Four Wheel Slide

Drivers use their own vehicles under the tutelage of our professional instructors, with one instructor to every four students. During the day, time is split between theory in the classroom and practical driving experience on the skid pan, with the emphasis on maximum practical experience.

Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
